Medieval Fun Day – Booking Terms and Conditions
  • Anyone selling food or drink must contact the Markets Department on 01246 345999 to discuss trading opportunities.
  • Once this form has been submitted you will be contacted by Chesterfield Visitor Information Centre for payment.
  • Stalls cannot be guaranteed until payment is received.
  • No refunds will be given to cancellations.
  • Stall allocation will take place on a first come first served basis, however priority will be given to long standing traders. Our decision on stall allocation is final.
  • We will email you information about access and information about the day by Monday 22 July.

On the day
  • Traders are encouraged to dress up in Medieval costume. A best dressed competition will take place on the day and cash prizes available for first, second and third place.
  • All stalls must be set up by 10am.
  • Vehicles must be removed from the market by 10am, details on nearby parking can be found at www.chesterfield.gov.uk/parking
  • Town centre road closures are in place 10am – 6pm to ensure the safety of stall holders and visitors. Vehicles will not be allowed access to the town centre during this time. Road closures may be lifted earlier if it is deemed safe to do so.
