Christmas Lights Switch On – Booking Terms and Conditions
  • Catering pitches for the 2020 event are already fully booked.
  • Once this form has been submitted you will be contacted by Chesterfield Visitor Information Centre for payment.
  • Stalls cannot be guaranteed until payment is received.
  • No refunds will be given to cancellations.
  • Stall allocation will take place on a first come first served basis, however priority will be given to long standing traders. Our decision on stall allocation is final.
  • We will email you information about access and information about the day by Saturday 7 November.
On the day
  • All stalls must be set up by 12noon.
  • Vehicles must be removed from the market by 12noon, details on nearby parking can be found at www.chesterfield.gov.uk/parking
  • Town centre road closures are in place 10am – 7pm to ensure the safety of stall holders and visitors. Between 10am and 12noon only traders and exhibitors will be allowed access to the town centre. From 12noon to 7pm no vehicles will be allowed access. Road closures may be lifted earlier if it deemed safe to do so.
